We at The Charcuterie Co sell perishable and frozen food products, and as such we have a strict no returns policy. We do however try our best to offer a replacement item in cases of genuine below standard/expired food being sent out from our kitchen.
To be eligible for a replacement item, get in touch with us through our contact us page or send us an email at email@example.com and mention your issue. We will call you back and try our best for a reasonable conclusion.
Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable you may be charged extra for any additional shipping which may be required.
